Cancellations
Customers may cancel an order for a full refund until the order is dispatched. For assistance with canceling, please email us at info@exeplay.co.uk.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item within 30 days from the date of purchase. You will be responsible for postage and packaging costs.
The item must be unused, completely unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

You will be responsible for postage and adequate packaging to ensure the item reaches us in the same condition received.
Refunds and Exchanges
